Today Saulsbury announced Chat York, former Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as President and CEO. York will also join the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Saulsbury announced a renewed vision and strategic focus for the company's future. The company plans to focus on serving clients in the upstream and midstream oil and gas sector with its expertise in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) as well as continued growth in our field services business unit. In addition, Saulsbury will continue its pursuit of standalone electrical & instrumentation opportunities across all heavy industrial and oil and gas markets.

Rick Graves, Saulsbury’s President and Chief Executive Officer, previously announced his intention to retire at the end of 2018.  We are very appreciative of Rick’s leadership and commitment to Saulsbury over the last six years.

Saulsbury has announced a donation of $100,000 to the Texas Park and Wildlife Foundation’s Balmorhea State Park fund to repair the spring-fed pool at Balmorhea State Park. The pool was closed earlier this year following the collapse of part of the pool’s wall.

Saulsbury was recently awarded a contract to engineer, procure, and construct a cryogenic processing facility in North Dakota’s Williston Basin for one of the largest midstream companies in North America. This facility, designed with a capacity of 150 MMSCFD, will be Saulsbury’s second project with the client in this region.
