Leadership Changes Announced
Rick Graves, Saulsbury’s President and Chief Executive Officer, previously announced his intention to retire at the end of 2018. We are very appreciative of Rick’s leadership and commitment to Saulsbury over the last six years. During this time, the company has maintained its best-in-class safety record and positive company culture that truly makes Saulsbury a great place to work. We are sincerely thankful to Rick for his dedicated service to Saulsbury.
Chat York, Saulsbury’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Chat will ensure a seamless management transition and continued execution of the company’s business plans. Chat will continue to maintain his responsibilities as CFO during this period. Chat has served as Saulsbury CFO since 2015 and is well positioned to provide leadership until a permanent CEO is named.
In addition, Jimmy Matthews, formerly Senior Vice President, Operations, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Jimmy will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Saulsbury’s operations. Jimmy has been with Saulsbury over 19 years and has more than 25 years of leadership experience across the entire EPC value chain.
