Chief Executive Officer
Rick Graves, president and chief executive officer of Saulsbury Industries, oversees all its day-to-day operations and is based in the Odessa, Texas office. Rick brings over 35 years of leadership experience in engineering, construction and field services. Prior to joining Saulsbury, Rick served as a senior vice president for Fluor Corp. with oversight across multiple industry lines including fossil, nuclear, oil & gas, and mining. Rick has served on numerous boards including the Nuclear Energy Institute Advisory Board, National Center for Construction Education and Research (past chairman) and 1st vice chair and treasurer of the Women’s Business Council Southwest. Chief Financial Officer
Chat York serves as chief financial officer and treasurer of Saulsbury Industries, responsible for all finance and accounting activities. He has over 27 years of experience across a broad range of disciplines, including strategy, financial planning, accounting, performance management and commercial analysis. Prior to joining Saulsbury, Chat held a variety of leadership roles over the last 25 years with Luminant, most recently as senior director of finance. Chat graduated from the University of Texas - Arlington with a BBA in accounting and holds a MBA from Texas A&M University - Commerce. He is a licensed certified public accountant.
Tracy Frazier, P.E.
Chief Operating Officer
Tracy Frazier has served as chief operating officer of Saulsbury Industries since 2002. He has a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University and is a licensed professional engineer. With over 25 years of experience in refining, petrochemicals, power, and oil and gas, Tracy adds knowledge, expertise, and integrity to the Senior Management Team at Saulsbury Industries.
Frank A Hunold, Jr.
Frank Hunold serves as the general counsel and oversees all legal matters for Saulsbury Industries. Frank brings over 25 years of U.S. and multinational experience, in-house and at top-tier law firms, representing companies in a variety of matters, including construction/EPC; manufacturing; business formation; corporate governance; compliance; securities; corporate finance; risk; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; joint ventures; private equity and venture capital; and labor and employment. Frank earned his BA in economics and political science at Rice University and his J.D. at University of Houston Law Center.
C.R "Bubba" Saulsbury, Jr.
Executive Vice President – Corporate Strategy
Bubba Saulsbury serves as executive vice president of corporate strategy for Saulsbury. Having been with Saulsbury Industries for over 18 years, he oversees sales and business development for the entire organization. He is extensively involved in the communities of Odessa and Midland. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for Saulsbury.
Senior Vice President – Corporate Administration
Mark Saulsbury serves as senior vice president of corporate administration for the organization. Having been with Saulsbury for over 25 years, he previously led Saulsbury Electric Company, Ltd. Mark started his career in the field and possesses a wealth of practical construction knowledge. And this wisdom contributes greatly to the success of his current position. Mark also serves on the board of directors for Saulsbury.
Senior Vice President – Business Development and Marketing
Mike serves as the executive vice president of business development and marketing for Saulsbury. Mike is a senior level energy industry executive with a long career of significant achievements. He has served as president and chief executive officer for Solar Systems and chief executive officer at TXU/Luminant Development at TXU Corp. Prior to TXU, he was the chief executive officer of the engineering construction and maintenance division of the Shaw Group. A graduate of the University of San Diego, Mike has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.
Chief Technology Officer
Rick Rodery serves as the chief technology officer for Saulsbury Industries. Rick has been with Saulsbury Industries since 1997 and possesses over 25 years of experience in managing information technology, telephony, and data communication systems. His intricate knowledge of advanced technology and emerging applications keeps Saulsbury at the forefront of the information revolution across the construction industry.
Vice President of Safety and Quality
John Higgins serves as a vice president for Saulsbury, which includes leadership of all quality, health, safety and environmental activities. Having been with Saulsbury since 2001, John has over 18 years of experience in the oil & gas, power, and petrochemical industries. His HSE team spearheads Saulsbury's effort to protect and enhance the lives of our workers, the community, and the construction industry.
Vice President – Marketing & Communications
Courtney Wardlaw was appointed vice president of marketing and communications in 2016. She joined Saulsbury Industries in 2015 as executive director of community and employee relations, bringing over 14 years of experience, specializing in community relations, employee relations, and marketing.
Vice President of Human Resources
Marty Kunz joined Saulsbury Industries in 2017 as vice president of human resources. Marty has over 24 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Saulsbury, Marty served as the vice president of human resources for C&J Energy Services, as the vice president of human resources for Newpark Drilling Fluids, and as a senior director of human resources for The Shaw Group in their environmental and infrastructure division. Marty holds a bachelor of business administration in organizational behavior and management from The University of Houston and master of arts from The University of Texas at Austin in human resource development leadership.
