Dick Saulsbury Project Excellence Awards

These awards recognize projects and associated employees that exemplify the standards of excellence that were created by Dick Saulsbury when founding Saulsbury Electric in 1967: safety, quality, budget, schedule and client relations.


The Lucid Red Hills II Team received the Dick Saulsbury Project Excellence Award for best EPC project for their outstanding execution, excellent change order management and schedule.  The team worked over 327,000 hours.  Congratulations to Scott Satterwhite, EPC Project Manager; Joe Casey, Engineering Project Manager; Matt Fitzpatrick, Construction Project Manager; Tommy Dove, Construction Project Manager; Jesse Vasquez, Electrical Services Construction Manager; Hugo Chavarria, Electrical Services General Superintendent; Sammy Rivera, E&I General Superintendent and the entire project team. 


The EnLink Chisholm III Team received the Dick Saulsbury Project Excellence Award for best Construction project for their excellent safety record and client relations with 244,000 work hours.  Congratulations to Carl Garbarino, Construction Sr. Project Manager; Jonathan McConville, Construction Assistant Manager; Jesse Rodriguez, Construction General Superintendent; Albert Saenz, Electrical Services Electrical Services Construction Manager; Armando Casas, Electrical Services Area Superintendent and the entire project team.


The Oxy Pipeline and Maintenance Team received the Dick Saulsbury Project Excellence Award for Field Services for their excellent safety record, scheduling and client relations with 190,000 work hours.  Congratulations to Chris Askin, Director of Operations; Joseph Oddonetto, Operations Manager; Alex Najera, Superintendent and the entire project team.


The Cleco Maintenance Team received the Dick Saulsbury Project Excellence Award for Maintenance for their outstanding safety record, excellent change order management and client relations.  The Cleco Maintenance Team has zero safety incidents over four years and 717,000 work hours.  Congratulations to Freddy Dorough, Director of Operations; Howard Crews, Sr. Project Manager; Rex Jackson, Project Manager; Don Crow, Supervisor; James Burrow, Supervisor; and the entire project team.
