Saulsbury performed engineering, procurement, and construction of a grassroots micro-LNG plant in Jacksonville, Florida. Saulsbury integrated the LNG liquefaction process provided by the client with the balance of plant. The plant has a processing capacity of 120,000 gallons-per-day with 2 million gallons of on-site liquified natural gas storage. Saulsbury designed and installed generators as the primary source of power for the facility. An automatic power management system was incorporated with the plant PLC to integrate operations. The facility consists of both barge and truck loading for NGL products. Saulsbury was responsible for the construction of the facility excluding the LNG storage tank.
