Saulsbury completed the electrical construction of 80 Mitsubishi MHI 1,000A wind turbines for a wind ranch in Quay County, New Mexico. Each turbine measured 226 feet in height and, combined, had an installed capacity of 80 megawatts.

Saulsbury performed the down-tower wiring, underground distribution, and installation of the conductor, 115-kilovolt substation, and 15-mile transmission line.
At the time of completion, this was one of the largest wind ranches in New Mexico.
