President and Chief Executive Officer
Chat York serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Saulsbury Industries and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He joined Saulsbury in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance, accounting, supply chain and strategy. Chat has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and energy arenas, spanning multiple disciplines. Prior to joining Saulsbury, he held a variety of leadership roles in the power generation sector, most recently with Luminant / TXU Corp. Chat earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas - Arlington and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University - Commerce. He is a licensed certified public accountant. Chat is also on the Board of Directors of First United Bank and serves on the Audit and Strategy Committees.
Chief Operating Officer
Jimmy Matthews serves as Chief Operating Officer at Saulsbury and oversees all aspects of Saulsbury’s operations. Jimmy joined Saulsbury in 2000 and brings over 28 years of experience in refining, petrochemical and oil and gas construction to his role. The success of Saulsbury’s operations is largely attributed to Jimmy’s heavy emphasis on properly training his staff to provide superior client satisfaction through safety, quality, project management and cost containment. He is extensively involved in the communities of Odessa and Midland, serves as Vice President and board member of the West Texas Chapter of Safari Club International and also sits on the board of the West Texas Hunting and Fishing Heritage Museum.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Bridgman serves as Chief Financial Officer of Saulsbury Industries. Michael joined Saulsbury in 2018, bringing more than 22 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking and financial analysis. He most recently served as Saulsbury’s Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasurer. Michael’s extensive successes as a finance professional spans several industries including energy, banking, aerospace and healthcare. Prior to joining Saulsbury, he held several leadership roles, most recently with Vistra Energy/Luminant. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
C.R "Bubba" Saulsbury, Jr.
Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Bubba Saulsbury serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy for Saulsbury. Having been with Saulsbury Industries for 30 years, he oversees sales and business development for the entire organization. He is extensively involved in the communities of Odessa and Midland. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for Saulsbury.
Vice President, Project Services
Matt serves as the Vice President, Project Services for Saulsbury. He has been a dedicated employee of Saulsbury Industries since 1993. He has experience in all areas of heavy industrial construction, project management, cost and progress tracking, estimating, scheduling and project controls. Matt also serves on the Board of Directors of Saulsbury.
Vice President, Human Resources
Marty Kunz joined Saulsbury Industries in 2017 as Vice President, Human Resources. Marty has over 24 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Saulsbury, Marty served as the vice president of human resources for C&J Energy Services, the vice president of human resources for Newpark Drilling Fluids, and senior director of human resources for The Shaw Group’s environmental and infrastructure division. Marty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Management from the University of Houston and Master of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in Human Resource Development Leadership.
Vice President, Information Technology
Rick Rodery serves as the Vice President, Information Technology for Saulsbury Industries. Rick has been with Saulsbury Industries since 1997 and possesses over 35 years of experience in managing information technology, telephony, and data communication systems. His intricate knowledge of advanced technology and emerging applications keeps Saulsbury at the forefront of the information revolution across the construction industry.
Jason D. Linton
Vice President, Legal Services
Jason Linton has served as Vice President, Legal Services of Saulsbury Industries since 2018, after previously serving in the role of Associate General Counsel upon joining Saulsbury in 2017. Jason boasts over 10 years of experience in the energy and construction industries including, most recently, more than five years as commercial operations, contracts and litigation counsel for National Oilwell Varco. He also represented oil & gas and construction clients while in private practice. Jason graduated magna cum laude from St. Edwards University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law.
