Project Summary

Saulsbury relocated a client’s residuum oil supercritical extraction (ROSE) unit (asphalt plant) for a refinery in Artesia/Lovington, New Mexico.

The project included detailed engineering and design, installation of all underground piping, electrical ductbanks, foundations and area paving, and above-ground mechanical and instrumentation and electrical systems.

Scope of the Project

  • Installation of all underground piping, electrical ductbanks, foundations, and area paving
  • Design and construction of above-ground mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical systems integrating ISBL to required OSBL facilities
